At Shutt Velo Rapide, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance cycling apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
